Cancellation Policy

Booking cancellations and changes must be made 24 hours in advanced. Customers who fail to attend their bookings will incur a $50 appointment fee.

• All prices inclusive of GST

• Minimum charge of 1 hour on plumbing, gasfitting, gas servicing, and after hours callouts.

• Excludes materials, parts, fixtures and appliances.

• Payments must be made via EFTPOS, cash, bank deposit or cheque upon completion of job or receipt of invoice.

• Quotes and estimates can be provided in writing with a full description of work to be carried out and general breakdown of labour and materials cost.
